Founder: yustinah Ndambakuwa

A native of Zimbabwe, Yustinah is a Chemistry and Biology student at Cottey College. Prior to coming to the United States, she has worked with students in Mbare through her participation in service projects. She has been an active volunteer for students in Sri Lanka, and mentors high school students in Zimbabwe under the organization Emergination Africa. She has visited Ihala Galagama School and the Child Guidance Centre in Sri Lanka where she was impacted by how these students have limited resources. She is part of organizations such as Rotary, L.E.O, Phi Theta Kappa and END7 where she has pushed forward service projects. She is also a 2018 OXFAM Change leader. Throughout her undergraduate she has been an active mentor for children to partake in STEAM. She is devoted to empowering the youth to realize their full potential, become globally competitive and giving marginalized children equal opportunities.

Co-Founder & Executive director: tendayi dzinoreva

Tendayi is an english language and commericials teacher for 11 years at Harare High School, Mbare. She is driven to see change in young people through the impartation of life skills and educational development strategies. Tendayi spends three quarters of her time interacting with the Mbare community hence it has become her second home. She wishes to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged yet promising youths and aims to see them fit harmoniously with 21st Century expectations. She also teaches adults to read and write english.

Social media Director: CHIDO SHAMUYARIRA

As a freshman college student studying International Business, Chido is enthusiastic to help students become adapt 21st century leaders. Chido is a U.S.A.P alumni who was nursed to realize her dream and she seeks to do the same for others. She has previously worked together  with Chiedza Child Care Center with the aim to tackle poverty by empowering the youth especially vulnerable groups in and near Mbare. During her free time, she enjoys tutoring children in her college town. Chido is keen about promoting worldly education to children in developing nations and giving them a voice. She is enthusiastic about developing prime human potential focusing on her home country Zimbabwe. Chido would like to be the bridge for African communities to have educational experiences similar to American ones.
